Great customer service. They honored the warranty on my daughter's car even though she did not buy her car from them and got her a rental car. I could not be more pleased with our experience at this location.
If you're looking into buying a car I would strongly recommend going to see Randy Williams. I couldn't be more grateful for him and his partner Cornell. I actually thought that I was not going to be able to get into a new car because I was upside down on my trade but Randy said he would work on it and make it happen. And oh did they make it happen I got into the car I wanted, at a price I could afford. During the car buying experience I felt no pressure to buy, Randy was both welcoming and kind. Michael Jacobs was the best! If you want a new car, get one from him. Super informative, not high pressure, and just all around professional. He lined up a few cars right in front of the dealership for me when my wife and 3 daughters could come back for the final approval of my purchase.
He listened to the poor experiences I had at Riverside Hyundai, and made sure that did not happen.
showed up first thing in the morning and was very upset because of some confusion however the staff there quickly accommodated us and stuck to there word and we got the deal done. I was very pleased in the end. Great job guys!!
Bought a new sonata at this dealer in 2018 and had best car buying experience. We have all our service done at the dealer and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They call to remind me when service is due and set up a convenient appointment and are always speedy with service. All in all I give them a 10 out of 10 and have recommended Hyundai of Moreno to our friends and family.
Dealing with Hyundai of Moreno Valley was a refreshing experience compared to many I have had. Jay Saeed, Michael Jacobs, and the entire Hyundai of Moreno Valley staff were helpful, honest, and upfront through all steps of the car-buying process. We were not pressured, confused, or blindsided in any way; the entire staff are professionals and acted like it. I got a good deal as well. We had to wait a little longer on the day of the sale, but everything was completed in one day (unlike some sleazy dealers who will make you pay more after the deal is done). This dealership is a God sent!! I went in for a routine oil change on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra and drove off the lot with a brand new 2019 Tuscon NO MONEY DOWN!!
